Submission Guidelines

Submission guidelines for author

  1. Paper must be written according to the IOP template, View Template
  2. Maximum number of pages of paper is 8 pages
  3. All abstracts and full papers must be submitted through the Online Submission System
  4. Author will get notification if abstract is accepted, then can download Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and Invoice for payment
  5. After the Author downloads the LoA and Invoice, can immediately make payments to the Committee Account
  6. Author uploads proof of payment via conference web
  7. Author sends the full paper through the Online Submission System
